Fulham have set an asking price of £60million for Joao Palhinha after rejecting Bayern Munich’s opening bid for the midfielder.
Palhinha’s move to the Allianz Arena collapsed last August, with the Portuguese midfielder remaining at Craven Cottage.
The 28-year-old made it clear to Fulham in January that he remained keen on a move to Munich but the Germans failed to sanction a move due to uncertainty over Thomas Tuchel’s position.
But Vincent Kompany has green-lighted a move for the midfielder, which saw Bayern submit a £30m bid for him over the weekend.
