The most influential wives and girlfriends (WAGs) among the England squad at Euro 2024 has been identified by a new study.

The social media earning potential of the partners of England's squad at the tournament was analysed, and several of the biggest names could earn thousands through sponsored posts on Instagram. 

An influencer marketing calculator was used to find out how much money the WAGs of Gareth Southgate's 26-man squad could earn from their social media accounts, and one girlfriend was far ahead of all the others.  

Jarrod Bowen's girlfriend Dani Dyer was far ahead of the other wives and girlfriends to members of Gareth Southgate's 26-man squad, according to online casinos independent reviewer KingCasinoBonus.uk. 

Reality TV star and social media personality Dani has been in a relationship with West Ham star Bowen since 2021, and the pair welcomed twin girls in May 2023.

Dani Dyer has an earning potential of up to £16,800 per sponsored post, with her 3.8 million followers on the photo-sharing social media platform.

Dani's father Danny Dyer shared his pride about Jarrod's spot in the Euros squad, after discovering the news on live radio.  

Dyer's earning potential is over three times the £5,000 per post that Iris Law - the rumoured girlfriend of Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold - could earn, listed second on the table, with 765,800 Instagram followers. 

Actress and model Iris - the daughter of Jude Law and Sadie Frost - has been spotted with Alexander-Arnold on several occasions, in London and in Monte Carlo. 

Dutch influencer and model Laura Celia Valk, who is reportedly in a relationship with Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham, can earn up to £3,600 per post, according to the study, having just shy of 500,000 followers. 

Fitness instructor Kate Kane, the wife of captain Harry, can earn £2,400 for a post to her 292,000 followers, while Jordan Pickford's wife Megan can earn £1,200 for a sponsored post, with 113,000 followers on Instagram.

Luke Shaw's partner Anouska Santos is among the top ten 'most influential England WAGs'

Declan Rice's girlfriend Lauren Fryer, Luke Shaw's partner Anouska Santos, Conor Gallagher’s other half Aine May Kennedy, Kyle Walker's wife Annie Kilner and Bukayo Saka's girlfriend Tolami Benson make up the rest of the study's top ten list.

However, earlier this month, it emerged that Annie Kilner will shun the official Euros WAGs group, making her own plans, because she does not want to play 'happy families' with Walker, with their relationship said to be at an 'all time low'.

A spokesperson for KingCasinoBonus.uk said: 'The wives and girlfriends of professional sportspeople are influential on social media due to their high visibility and association with prominent figures. Their glamorous lifestyles, fashion choices, and behind-the-scenes glimpses into their relationships with their partners attract a large following.

'WAGs often leverage their platforms to promote brands, endorse products, and share aspects of their personal lives, thereby wielding significant influence over their audience.'

Following Friday's friendly defeat to Iceland at Wembley, the squad were allowed to spend time with their wives and girlfriends, before flying out to Germany on Monday.  

Southgate has promised the families they will be able to meet the players during their tournament camp, but he has made it clear he will assess when and how that will be once events get underway.

England's Euro 2024 campaign gets underway against Serbia on Sunday night, with further matches against Denmark and Slovenia in Group C. 

In the previous European Championships held three years ago, Gareth Southgate's side lost to Italy in a penalty shootout after a stalemate in the final at Wembley.
