With 99 Chelsea goals to her name, Sam Kerr has been a key part of the club's recent success and will be looking to add to her impressive trophy haul after extending her contract until 2026. Kerr is currently out of action due to an ACL injury and will return to action next season under a new manager after Sonia Bompastor took over from Emma Hayes.

Chelsea forward Sam Kerr has signed a contract extension to keep her at the club until the summer of 2026.
The Australia captain has enjoyed a trophy-laden time since arriving in London midway through the 2019/20 season.
As well as five Women’s Super League titles, Kerr has also won three FA Cup, two League Cups and a Community Shield with the club.
Scoring 99 goals in 128 matches since joining from Chicago Red Stars, Kerr has been a vital part of Chelsea’s recent success.
However, she has not played since January because of an anterior cruciate ligament injury which has led to her also being ruled out of this summer’s Olympics.
Despite the frustration of her injury, Kerr is delighted to have been able to extend her stay.
“It’s really exciting and a very proud moment for me. Having the opportunity to stay at a club like Chelsea means a lot to me. I’m really excited to continue to push and to try to win trophies,” she said.
Speaking about Kerr, Chelsea’s women’s general manager Paul Green said: “We are delighted that Sam has extended her deal with the club.
“Sam is a leader and one of the world’s best strikers and goalscorers. She has been very important to our success, and we look forward to welcoming her back from injury next season.”
Chelsea will defend their WSL title under a new manager next season, after Sonia Bompastor replaced Emma Hayes - who left the club to take over as United States head coach.
