CELTIC have received a £4m bid for misfit striker Hyeon-gyu Oh, according to a report.
The striker has failed to make a significant impact at Celtic Park since moving from Korea 18 months ago.
Now Genk are said to be keen on giving the international a Glasgow get-out and route to regular first-team football, it is claimed.
According to Sky Sports News the clubs have now entered into discussions over the structure of the deal - which would see the Hoops make profit on the 23-year-old.
They brought the striker to Scotland from Suwon Bluewings for £2.5m after failing to land top target Cho Gue-Sung.
But Oh has started just SIX games for the Hoops under both Ange Postecoglou and Brendan Rodgers.

That hasn't hampered him scoring 12 times though, including a quickfire double in the 6-0 rout of Aberdeen last December.
However the arrival of Adam Idah on loan from Norwich saw even more obstacles in his path to the first team.
Sunsport reported Genk's interest earlier this week before a bid was made - But there is also interest from elsewhere in Europe for the South Korean cap.
He may not be the only one on the move from Rodgers' squad this summer.
