Scotland's Che Adams and Hungary's Barnabas Varga are the best-backed to score first tonight at 6/1 - as both teams fight for survival at Euro 2024

Scotland's Che Adams and Hungary's Barnabas Varga are the joint-favourites at 6/1 with Sky Bet to score first when the two teams meet in a Group A clash in Stuttgart tonight. 

Adams was strong for Southampton in the Championship last season, netting 17 goals across all competitions to help the Saints secure promotion to the Premier League for the 2024-25 season.  

Meanwhile, Varga scored at a rate of nearly a goal a game for Ferencvaros in the Hungarian top-flight, recording 20 goals in 24 appearances.

Additionally, Varga scored in Hungary's 3-1 loss to Switzerland last weekend. 

Varga's teammates Dominik Szoboszlai and Martin Adam are the next best-backed - with the pair priced at 7/1 respectively

Szoboszlai and Adam combined to score 15 goals across all competitions for their respective clubs in 2023-24.

It is then John McGinn, Scott McTominay and Roland Sallai who are the next shortest-priced players in the market - with all three currently garnering 8/1 odds to bag the opener.

McTominay found the back of the net in Scotland's 1-1 draw with Switzerland last time out.
