RANGERS hero Kris Boyd has had a sensational blast at the current squad after their Old Firm defeat.
Celtic romped to a convincing 3-0 win over Philippe Clement's side and Boyd reckons they looked more like the team of Pedro Caixinha.
The Portuguese had a disastrous couple of months in charge back in 2017 before being sacked, having lost all three of his derby matches - one by a 5-1 scoreline at Ibrox.
The former Light Blues striker was scathing in his assessment of the most recent Gers performance in the fixture, which saw them capitulate after just 17 minutes when Daizen Maeda opened the scoring.
A Kyogo strike and a Callum McGregor stunner compiled Gers' misery.
And speaking on Sky Sports, pundit Boyd was asked how long it would be for his old side to recover from this defeat.
