Aaron Ramsdale shows true colours with three word message to Arsenal shot-stopper, 16
Jack Porter was handed his Arsenal debut on Wednesday night in the Carabao Cup and the 16-year-old was sent a message by former Gunners goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale
Ahead of his unexpected Arsenal debut, Jack Porter received a heartfelt good luck message from Aaron Ramsdale.
Porter was unexpectedly called up for his first appearance with the Gunners on Wednesday night during their 5-1 Carabao Cup victory over Bolton. This came after regular number one David Raya suffered a minor thigh issue and summer signing Neto was cup-tied.
Porter's debut marked him as the youngest starter in Arsenal's history. Prior to his debut, he received a message from former Gunners goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale.

Ramsdale, who now plays for Southampton, took to Instagram to write: "Go well bud," accompanied by a red heart emoji. Despite likely returning to his academy duties this weekend, Porter's performance did not harm his chances of future opportunities.
Ramsdale wasn't the only one to offer Porter advice ahead of his Arsenal debut. Former Bolton midfielder Kevin Nolan also weighed in, reports the Mirror.
Speaking on Sky Sports before the match at the Emirates Stadium, he said: "It's a great evening for the kid and Mikel Arteta's got a lot of confidence in him to put him there.
"He's obviously looking after Raya as well with Neto not available. This kid, everyone I've spoken to, says he's up for the challenge so it's going to be really interesting to see how he fares.
Fellow pundit Jamie Redknapp added: "What an opportunity for him. He's working with David Raya and I've got it wrong with him because he's been fantastic. This is what it's all about.
"A lot of young players that get opportunities but very rarely do we see a goalkeeper so young but circumstances are what they are.
