UFC legend Conor McGregor was at St James' Park for Arsenal's 1-0 defeat to Newcastle United on Saturday.
The Gunners' winless run in the Premier League extended to three matches. Arsenal's last league win came against Southampton on October 5.
Mikel Arteta's side are now seven points off league leaders Liverpool and below Nottingham Forest in fourth. The North Londoners could end the weekend in sixth if Aston Villa beat Tottenham and Chelsea win at Manchester United.
And McGregor was spotted in the crowd at Newcastle ahead of his Bareknuckle event in the city this evening. The Irishman has been a regular at Arsenal games this season and the Magpie's Instagram account could not resist taking a cheeky dig after Saturday's win.
"How it started vs how it's going..." they wrote with two images of McGregor. "Hope you enjoyed your trip to St. James' Park, @thenotoriousmma."
The Magpies also referenced McGregor's iconic line following his win over Eddie Alvarez back in 2016, commenting on their post: "On this post, we'd like to take this chance to apologise...to absolutely nobody."

When asked at his post-match press conference if the Gunners are lacking courage because of the pressure of the title race, Arteta responded: "I didn't feel that. I think I would have felt it at the beginning of the game. I didn't have that feeling. What I did feel was that when we fell behind it we lacked threat and more capacity to go and hurt them.
"We weren't consistent enough and when we gave the ball away we were in transition and allowed them to run or sustain attacks. I think we gave 17 or 18 free-kicks which stops the game constantly and that was not a good outcome for us."
