Brentford have been branded the Premier League's 'most exciting team' after netting a stunning goal against Bournemouth through Yoane Wissa.

Facing off against the Cherries with the game at 2-2, Brentford centre-back Ethan Pinnock found himself with the ball on the left-flank inside his own half, playing a pass into Vitaly Janelt. However, instead of receiving the pass, the German decided to let the ball run through his legs, spinning around Bournemouth's Antoine Semenyo.

The ball ended up with Mikkel Damsgaard, who then fired the ball inside to Janelt following his dummy run. And after finally getting the ball, the Brentford midfielder played through a perfectly weighted pass to forward Wissa, who dinked Bournemouth's Kepa Arrizabalaga with a first time finish.

It was a sensational team goal and one which left football fans on social media in awe of the Bees, who have impressed this term in the Premier League. One fan commented on X: "Brentford low-key the most exciting team this season."

Another added: "What a pass!! Damn!" A third commented: "That’s unreal footy." A fourth said: "Beautiful football that is." A fifth commented: "Would you have taken Wissa over Zirkzee in the summer?" And a sixth added: "That is sensational football."

In the end, Wissa's goal, which was his second of the afternoon at the Gtech Community Stadium, proved the difference, with the contest finishing 3-2. Bournemouth opened the scoring on 17 minutes through Evanilson, who capitalised on a Sepp van den Berg mistake to round Mark Flekken in the Bees net to make it 1-0.

However, just 10 minutes later, Wissa equalised. After the break, Bournemouth then took the lead on 49 minutes through Justin Kluivert, before immediately being pegged back when Damsgaard scored a minute later. And then on 58 minutes, Wissa netted his second, which eventually earned Brentford all three points, with the win moving them up to 10th heading into the November international break.
