FULL-TIME: GERMANY 7-0 BOSNIA & HERZEGOVINA
Germany put their passage to the UEFA Nations League quarter-finals beyond doubt, ensuring they would finish top of Group A3 with a commanding 7-0 win over Bosnia & Herzegovina.
Julian Nagelsmann's side established a five-point gap at the summit, thanks to important contributions from their starting front four, each notching a goal in a comfortable evening in Freiburg.
Bosnia - who suffered relegation to League B, needing at least a point in Freigburg to keep their hopes of League A survival alive - suffered the worst-possible start as Jamal Musiala opened the scoring inside two minutes.
And matters were made worse for Sergej Barbarez's side mid-way through the first half as Tim Kleindienst nicked Robert Andrich's effort into the net for his first international goal, before Kai Havertz made it three.
Bayer Leverkusen talisman Florian Wirtz continued the rout as he netted a brace within seven minutes after the interval, first slamming home a stunning 25-yard free-kick before tapping home from yards out after Havertz was denied.
Germany, who are unbeaten since their Euro 2024 quarter-final exit (W4, D1), rounded off a dominant evening as substitute Leroy Sane ran home his side's sixth before Kleindienst capped his brace 11 minutes from time.
Nagelsmann's only concern on an otherwise perfect evening came through Joshua Kimmich's late substitution after apparent injury, though the Bayern Munich defender seemed to walk off the pitch without issues.

THREE MINUTES ADDED TIME
Not long to go in Freiburg.

GERMANY CONTINUE TO BUILD
They're absolutely piling into the box. Clearly not happy with just the seven.
Havertz is leading everything, and Rudiger wants to get in on the action but he goes to ground.
Some appeals for a penalty, but play is waved on.

GROSS DENIED.... BY GNABRY
It would be eight for Germany, if not for Gnabry's eagerness to get on the scoresheet.
Sane worked a fantastic ball across the face of goal, and Gross met it, destined to ripple the back of the net.
But Gnabry had slid in trying to get some contact.
The effort ends up cannoning off the arm of the Bayern forward and over. Gross is in disbelief.

GOAL! GERMANY 7-0 BOSNIA & HERZEGOVINA (KLEINDIENST)
The goals certainly aren't drying up in Freiburg.
Rudiger scooped in a fantastic cross, and Kleindienst met it with a flying boot to run home a seventh.
The striker has done well tonight scoring his first two international goals, but then again, who hasn't?

TAH BOOKED
And he will miss Germany's clash against Hungary on Tuesday.
But given Nagelsmann's side will have absolutely nothing on the line, there won't be too many complaints.

KIMMICH FORCED OFF
The Bayern stalwart goes down with injury, and he's coming off.
He's walking fine so it looks pretty precautionary, no point taking risks with a six-goal cushion.
Rudiger takes the armband.

GOAL! GERMANY 6-0 BOSNIA & HERZEGOVINA (SANE)
He's looked dangerous since coming on, and that's a beautiful goal for his side's sixth.
Havertz plays a nice little ball over the Bosnian back-line, and Sane races onto it, providing a deft touch to change his direction before powering a strike through Vasilj.
The visitors heading out of Nations League A in some style.

SO CLOSE TO SIX
And that's absolutely shambolic from Vasilj, who almost puts it on a plate for Gnabry.
But the Bosnian 'keeper gets away with it, as the forward's touch is too heavy.

BARBAREZ TURNS TO HIS BENCH
Sergej Barbarez hoping a triple change can change his side's fortunes.
Samed Bazdar, Ivan Basic and Esmir Bajraktarevic all enter the fray.
Meanwhile, Germany race forward through Sane, but the former Manchester City man sees his effort well saved.

GOAL! GERMANY 5-0 BOSNIA & HERZEGOVINA (WIRTZ)
This is a serious rout, Germany just look so many levels above.
Havertz again works his way in behind. He tries to get an attempt at goal from a tight angle, and manages it at the second attempt.
But it's parried by Vasilj, only to Wirtz who is practically on the goal line with the open net at his mercy.
A brace within seven minutes for the Bundesliga star.

MITTELSTADT LETS RIP
The fullback winds up a corker of an effort on the volley from outside the box.
It's high, wide, and not so handsome.

GOAL! GERMANY 4-0 BOSNIA & HERZEGOVINA (WIRTZ)
And the Leverkusen man does have his goal! It's an absolute stunner.
A free-kick, slightly to the left, about 25 yards out and Wirtz has leathered it.
Honestly, at first I thought he'd ballooned it over. But it's moved in the air and absolutely deceived Vasilj, with it looping over the 'keepers head.
Didn't even head into either corner, it didn't need to.

The match was temporarily paused after a medical emergency on the Hungary bench early in the match.

HALF-TIME: GERMANY 3-0 BOSNIA & HERZEGOVINA
Complete domination, but - blimey - Bosnia really should have got one back before the break.
The onrushing Gigovic is found with a neat little pass in, and he only has Baumann to beat.
But the German 'keeper does really well to make himself big, and makes the stop.
The Bosnian drops to the ground in disbelief. He really should have put that away. Though any hopes of a comeback, realistically are pretty far-fetched.

WIRTZ WANTS IN ON THE ACT
He's the only one of tonight's front-four not on the scoresheet.
He works the ball onto his left before stinging Vasilj's palms with a deflected effort.
One minute to be added on, by the way.
