'We will be out of it' - Christian Eriksen sends bold Liverpool warning after Newcastle loss
Liverpool host Manchester United at Anfield in the Premier League on Sunday
Manchester United midfielder Christian Eriksen has fired a warning to Liverpool ahead of Sunday's Premier League clash at Anfield, insisting they will overcome the struggles they are currently facing.
Liverpool are enjoying a strong campaign under new head coach Arne Slot as they lead the way at the top of the Premier League and the Champions League. United, on the other hand, suffered a disappointing 2-0 loss at home to Newcastle on Monday and sit 14th in the standings.
Alexander Isak and Joelinton were among the goals on what was another dismal night for Ruben Amorim's side, but Eriksen is confident they will bounce back with plenty still to play for. Starting with Sunday's trip to Anfield.

Speaking to MUTV, he said post-match: "I think, in the end, it was a disappointing game. It was a game of moments.
"We started well but then, in the end, conceding after a few minutes, it's always tough at home. There is a feeling at the moment that every mistake we make is feeling a lot worse than it actually is. We have to dig ourselves out of this.
"It is very important [we stay together]. We are more or less halfway through the season; there is half a season to go and there are a lot of games with points to play for.
"I am hopeful that we will turn around at some point, look back and think we were in this, but at some point we will be out of it, for sure."
Liverpool secured a 3-0 win against Erik ten Hag's United at Old Trafford back in September, but it's set to be a different test under Amorim. United were also missing Manuel Ugarte and Bruno Fernandes in the defeat to Newcastle due to suspension, but both will be back for Sunday's clash.
