Rangers ultras display Walter Smith-inspired banner three days after dramatic Ibrox walkout

RANGERS ultras walked out of Ibrox after unfurling several banners at the weekend.
And they've produced yet another display as the Light Blues took on Aberdeen.
The Union Bears dramatically walked out in the 55th minute of Rangers' 3-1 win over St Johnstone on Sunday.
Their move came as a protest against how the club is being run - in their words 'a statement to the board.'
The walkout - which was met by a rather hostile stadium from Gers fans around the stadium - followed the unfurling of three separate banners during the game.
The third of those came just moments before the exited the stadium and read: "Time for fans to force change."
While there was to be no walkout on this occasion, the group displayed another banner during the clash with the Dons.
And it featured famous words from iconic former Gers boss Walter Smith.
It read: "Rangers FC - do not enter unless you're ready to put yourself second and that should be the one and only time second is good enough for you."
Those were words spoken by the legendary Ibrox manager during his first spell in charge of the club, in which he led the Gers to nine-in-a-row.
Other messages appeared around the stadium in smaller displays.
One banner read "time for change" while another said "time to go."
The current supporter unrest comes amid a poor campaign for Rangers.
They headed into the game against Aberdeen 16 points behind runaway league leaders Celtic.
While their home form has been good, away results have been dreadful with the Light Blues taking just 13 points from a possible 13 on their travels this season.
The pressure is very much on manager Philippe Clement but earlier this week he vowed he will NEVER quit his role.
Asked if he'd consider walking away, Clement replied: “No, no NEVER.
“I am not a quitter, I am not a quitter.
“I am somebody who knows what he really wants and we’re going to get that together.
“I am a winner and always have been.
“When I was young nobody believed I would become a professional football player.
“And, when I became a professional football player, no one believed that I would get into the national team.
“So it’s about taking the best out of every second of the day and when you wake up every morning taking the best out of that day and becoming better and making people better around you.
“That’s my ambition and that’s my ambition every day. It will never change.
“I am not happy with the away record, totally not, and I am focused on making that better.
“And I also don’t want top forget about all the other things, like our home record and keeping it that way."
