It's the Premier League starter before the Carabao Cup main course as Newcastle United welcome Fulham to St James' Park on Saturday afternoon.
The Magpies are hoping to kick on again after beating Southampton but will wary of another Bournemouth-esque banana skin on home soil as Marco Silva's men roll into town. Fulham arrive on Tyneside with one win in their last five league outings and tasted defeat on these shores last season.
As for injuries, Eddie Howe insists this weekend's clash will come too soon for Callum Wilson and Harvey Barnes, with the former edging ever closer to a return, while the latter will still need a few more weeks on the sidelines.
We'll have all the pre-match build up, early team news, live match coverage and post-game analysis all in one place - right here - throughout the day.

Sandro Tonali disgusted and Anthony Gordon inconsolable as Newcastle United face transfer inquest

Player ratings here
Some low scores as you can imagine!

Newcastle beaten.
Good first-half, poor second. Newcastle throw away their lead and it's the worst possible preparation for midweek.
St James' Park not proving to be the fortress it once was. Fulham, Bournemouth, West Ham and Brighton all taking three points away from Tyneside in recent months. Just the biggest game of the season so far next up.
Into the final minute
Fulham camped in their final third, Newcastle pushing for one last chance. They need a moment of genius that has been missing in this second-half.
Kelly heads wide
It's a great ball in by Gordon but Kelly's flick on is miles wide. Fulham attempting to run the clock down here.
Into stoppage time
Five minutes added on.
Gordon goes down and is about to send a free-kick into the danger zone from the left. Could be Newcastle's last chance.
Newcastle have been poor in this second half
Howe's side trail and you can't say Fulham don't deserve it. Some dodgy decisions in the build up to Muniz's close range strike but blaming those would deflect from Fulham's great response - and a bit of a collapse from the home side in this half....
GOAL. Fulham lead.
Fulham lead as Muniz flicks a free-kick is sent to near post. Newcastle players fume.
1-2.
Boos for Kavanagh
What a few moments this ref has had.
Gordon goes down, fouled by Pereira, and he waves play on.
"You're not fit to referee" is the chant from the home supporters.
Wowww Tonali booked
The midfielder wins the ball to break to stop a dangerous Fulham attack - and referee Kavanagh in the perfect position - has given a foul and a booking.
Appeals for a penalty
Castagne gets away with it after a swift VAR check. Gordon, Isak and the entirety of the stadium were sure the full-back had handled it in the area.
Play continues.
Isak hits the bar!
Willock finds the striker on the edge of the area and from the left he's beaten Leno and been denied by the bar.
Second time the woodwork has denied Newcastle.
Penalty appeals going on now for handball.
Attack breaks down
After a really good spell of keeping the ball in tight areas, Newcastle break forward. Gordon switches it to Murphy, who tries to find him again inside.
He dummies it and the move breaks down. Cue the groans from the home fans. Less than 20 minutes of normal time left.
Marco Silva going to his bench.
Smith-Rowe OFF, Pereira ON.
Jimenez OFF. Muniz ON.
Should be 2-1 to Newcastle
Unsure how Willock hasn't put Newcastle ahead.
Great work down the right by Isak as he sends a low ball into the area. Willock is a few yards out but he misses the ball entirely and Fulham clear.
Sitter.
Fulham get their reward
They've been much better this second-half.
Tonali's pass intercepted, Fulham break forward and Traore's cross is hooked on by Robinson to Jimenez, who levels it up.
1-1.
Fulham getting closer and closer
Corner whipped in and Jimenez's goal-bound header is cleared for another corner.
Newcastle crowd trying to lift the players here with the visitors pushing for a deserved equaliser.
Fulham go close
Jimenez the latest to test Dubravka but his shot from just inside the box deflects wide of the target. Newcastle deal with the corner.
Fulham not lying down here. NUFC need that second goal!
Fulham almost caught out
Long ball sent over the top by Dubravka. Isak is offside so he doesn't go for it.
Andersen therefore stops it dead and waits for the flag. Isak pinches it and is denied by Leno. Flag goes up.
All very confusing.
Early sub being planned
Joelinton, wearing a knee strap, goes down near Tindall and looks in a slight bit of bother.
Willock warming up.
Fulham go again
Again Newcastle lose it in midfield - this time through Isak - and Fulham pounce. Bassey races down the left, finds Iwobi, who eventually finds Traore on the other flank.
He crosses but Bassey's header flies over. The visitors looking to bounce back here.
Great save by Dubravka
Tonali loses out in the middle of the park and Fulham are away. Smith-Rowe bombs towards goal and takes a pop from distance.
Dubravka is down low to his left to parry it away and Newcastle clear their lines.
Good stop.
Under way once again
Second-half under way at St James' Park.
No chances for either side at the break, despite Sven Botman looking to be getting warmed up to come on.
Half-time at St James' Park
Boos around St James' Park as Chris Kavanagh blows the whistle as Newcastle win a corner.
But Newcastle are good value for their lead after Jacob Murphy's goal. Have impressed in the second-half of this opening period.
Joelinton has picked up a late booking for a late trip to Smith-Rowe towards the end of the first-half.

A very different feel inside the stadium
"Is this the way to Barcelona?" the Gallowgate booms. How Newcastle United need that strike from Jacob Murphy. Suddenly a zip about the hosts as they push for another goal before half-time. Noise levels inside the stadium have rocketed.
