Luke Williams has left his role as head coach at Swansea City.
Defeat to Stoke City at the weekend condemned the Swans to an eighth defeat in their last 10 games in all competitions, and the decision has now been made to part ways.
Alan Sheehan has been put in interim charge as the club look for a replacement.
Assistant head coach Ryan Harley and first-team coach analyst George Lawtey have also left the club with immediate effect.

Forum postponed
A statement from Swansea City just now:
Swansea City has decided to postpone this week’s fans' forum after parting ways with head coach Luke Williams.
The forum, which was scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday February 18, will now take place on Monday March 3, with the location to be confirmed.
Chairman Andy Coleman and former head coach Luke Williams were due to appear at the fans' forum.
The Club is committed to holding this event. Given the timing of the managerial change, however, the Club has decided to postpone the event for two weeks so we are in a better position to discuss the future direction of Swansea City.
All those who applied to join the fans' forum will be contacted in due course. Further information will be made available as soon as we're able to share it with you.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and look forward to seeing you in the first week of March.
Sheehan to take charge
Official confirmation, then, that Alan Sheehan has been put in caretaker charge again at Swansea City.
Kristian O'Leary and goalkeeping coach Martyn Margetson will assist him, with Swansea facing Blackburn Rovers on Saturday.
Ryan Harley and George Lawtey have also left their positions at Fairwood.
Swansea are once again on the lookout for a new head coach.
Swansea confirm Williams exit
The club have now released a statement confirming Williams' exit.
Ryan Harley and George Lawtey have also left their positions.
Swansea City can confirm the club has parted ways with head coach Luke Williams.
Assistant head coach Ryan Harley and first-team coach analyst George Lawtey have also left the club with immediate effect.
Assistant head coach Alan Sheehan will assume the role of caretaker head coach on an interim basis. Alan’s coaching staff will also include Martyn Margetson and Kris O'Leary.
The process to appoint a new head coach is already under way, and the club will update supporters on an appointment in due course.
Swansea City chairman Andy Coleman said: “This was a difficult decision and one that has not been taken lightly. Luke has led the club through some challenging periods and we appreciate his hard work.
“I am aware of the effort he and his staff have put in throughout the last 13 months for Swansea City. I want to personally thank Luke, Ryan and George for their dedication and the sacrifices they have made on behalf of the club.
“Unfortunately, since the turn of the year our performances and results have not been of the standard required at this level. Ultimately, that has led us to conclude a change is required in order to bring about an improvement in our showings on the pitch.
“We will keep supporters informed of developments when we are in a position to announce a new head coach, while Alan, his staff and our squad focus on our upcoming fixtures."
Everyone at Swansea City thanks Luke, Ryan and George for their contribution to the club, and wish them well.
Sheehan to take interim charge?
Again, we're awaiting official confirmation on this one.
But the early indications are that Alan Sheehan will be installed as interim boss as and when Williams departs.
Sheehan was, of course, placed in temporary charge following Michael Duff's sacking, and oversaw a run of three wins from seven matches.
