By this point of the season, almost every active team has Florian Wirtz in it. Indeed, not starring him when he's fit to play is almost a guarantee to lose rank.

So, instead of pointing out the well-known points machines, bundesliga.com will now shine the spotlight on those hidden gems that could help you climb up the table...

David Odogu (Wolfsburg), 2m

David Odogu has impressed in his two Bundesliga starts to date (which returned 195 and 197 points in Fantasy), and he looks set to get a third as Wolfsburg host Hoffenheim on Friday. Interim head coach Daniel Bauer has used the teenager as part of his first-choice back four in training this week, once again unlocking a budget-busting 2m player.

Frank Feller (Heidenheim), 1m

A busy goalkeeper is a good one in Fantasy, and they can't be starred for multiplied points, so penny-pinching in the position is wise. Jonas Urbig (Bayern) and Luca Philipp (Hoffenheim) have provided fine 1m options in recent weeks, but usual No.1s Manuel Neuer and Oliver Baumann are back in action. Step forward Frank Feller, who should get the nod for Heidenheim against Union Berlin with Kevin Müller having suffered a concussion against Bochum.

Angelo Stiller (Stuttgart), 11m

Angelo Stiller is the most in-form midfielder in the game who doesn't play for Bayern, Stuttgart's left-footed metronome having averaged 257 points over his last four games. Sunday's visitors Augsburg are only a point behind the Swabians in mid-table, but have dropped 11 of the last 15 possible points, and Stiller can expect to have another significant impact at the back-end of the matchday.

Johan Manzambi (Freiburg), 1m

If your budget doesn't stretch to a mid-priced midfielder like Stiller, perhaps Johan Manzambi could be your man. The Swiss youngster has been getting his game at No.10 for Freiburg in recent weeks, seizing his chance with a goal and an assist plundered at a rate of one every 102 minutes - not bad for a 1m outlay!

Alexander Bernhardsson (Kiel), 7m

Lining up opposite Manzambi for Holstein Kiel will be Alexander Bernhardsson, the Sweden striker who has hit a hot streak of late with five goals in his last five games. That makes him the in-form striker in the Bundesliga, and indeed Fantasy, and he costs managers less than half the price of some of the alternatives at 7m.
