FA Cup quarter-final draw: Bournemouth host Manchester City, Aston Villa head to Preston North End
Bournemouth will host Manchester City in the pick of the FA Cup quarter-final ties. There is a last-eight London derby clash between Fulham and Crystal Palace, as both sides hope to win their first-ever FA Cup. Aston Villa will head to the lowest-ranked club left in the tournament, Preston North End, and Brighton have a home draw. The matches will be played across the weekend of March 29-30.

Bournemouth will welcome 2024 finalists Manchester City to the Vitality Stadium for the FA Cup quarter-finals as Andoni Iraola's side chase history.
The Cherries have never reached the semi-finals of the competition and will make only their third final-eight appearance in the club's history on the weekend of March 29-30.
Elsewhere, Fulham's reward for knocking out holders Manchester United on penalties is a London derby at home to Crystal Palace.
Preston North End, the lowest-ranked side left in the FA Cup, host UEFA Champions League last-16 hopefuls Aston Villa.
And Brighton know they will have home advantage for their quarter-final tie, but must wait until Monday evening to learn their opponent.
Nottingham Forest face Ipswich Town at The City Ground the day after the draw, as Nuno Espirito Santo hopes to guide the club to their first piece of major silverware since winning the League Cup in 1990.
Bournemouth have never played an FA Cup quarter-final as a top-flight team, losing to Southampton as a Championship outfit in 2021 and competing as a Third Division South side in the 1956/57 season.
Aston Villa won the FA Cup that year and have not lifted it since, despite reaching two finals, in 2000 and 2015.
Unai Emery's men are still competing on three fronts and will hope to avoid a shock exit at the hands of two-time FA Cup winners Preston North End.
Preston currently find themselves in 15th position in the second tier and have not won the competition since 1938.
Fulham and Crystal Palace, meanwhile, have both reached the FA Cup final in the past, but neither have ever lifted the trophy.
Palace were beaten in both their final appearances by Manchester United, in 1990 and 2016, while Fulham saw their hopes of cup glory extinguished by West Ham in 1975.
Brighton suffered a similar fate to Palace in the 1983 final, losing a replay 4-0 to Ron Atkinson's Manchester United.
Both Ipswich and Nottingham Forest have claimed the trophy in the past, but several surprise results in earlier rounds have meant that four out of the eight quarter-finalists have not.
FA Cup quarter-final draw

- Preston North End v Aston Villa
