The transfer status of every Swansea City player with questions hanging everywhere
The Swans are gearing up for what could be a busy summer
There's still a little way to go, but the win over Derby County means Swansea City are surely on the brink of securing their Championship status for another season.
Having opened up a seven-point gap, victory over Plymouth Argyle on Wednesday night would surely mean that minds can perhaps now start to drift towards what is shaping up to be yet another important summer.
The ongoing uncertainty around the manager's post is one thing, but there's also the small business of the summer transfer market to navigate. Sign up to our Swansea City newsletter here.
Swedish forward Melker Widell is already poised to join from Danish side Aab, but there will hopefully be a few more incomings over the summer months.
Additionally, some decisions will need to be made over several players already in the building.
Here's a quick look at where each member of the first team squad currently stands.
Andy Fisher
Was unlucky to see his season so heavily disrupted by a groin injury picked up during pre-season. Has since been on loan at Scottish side St Johnstone, where he's featured 12 times in all competitions.
Transfer status: Difficult to see him getting ahead of Lawrence Vigouroux, but may well be seen as a useful back-up option.
Lawrence Vigouroux
Has proved a really astute bit of business after arriving in the summer. Aside from the FA Cup defeat to Southampton, he's played every minute of every game for the Swans. The undisputed number one right now.
Transfer status: Not entirely impossible that he might attract a bit of interest, but there will be little if any appetite for selling him this summer.
Nathan Broome
The young goalkeeper is yet to make a first-team appearance for the Swans and has spent the second half of the season out on loan at Port Vale. He's so far played just one game.
Transfer status: Another loan spell could well be on the cards. But at 23, one has to wonder if a permanent move away might be the best move for his development.
Jon McLaughlin
Signed on a free transfer in the summer, he has so far made just one appearance for the Swans, enduring a difficult debut in the FA Cup defeat to Southampton. Has largely served as Vigouroux's number two for the season.
Transfer status: The 37-year-old is a hugely popular figure at Fairwood, but it seems likely he'll be moving on when his contract runs out this summer.
Josh Key
Has played in all but two games for the Swans in all competitions. Has seen his form come off the boil at times this season, but has largely been a highly-valued member of the squad.
Transfer status: It wasn't that long ago that previous manager Luke Williams had called on the Swans to tie the full-back down to a new deal, such were the strength of his performances. Form has tailed off a little since then, but he's still an important player to this squad.
Kristian Pedersen
Has been restricted to just two appearances in the League Cup this season, with a hamstring injury causing him to spend most of the campaign on the treatment table.
Transfer status: Contract runs out this summer and it's difficult to see it getting renewed. Expected to move on.
Ben Cabango
Was already an important player for the Swans, but has impressed since taking over the captaincy following the departure of Matt Grimes in January. Has missed just one league game this season.
Transfer status: Signed a new deal back in December, and there's unlikely to be much interest in a sale this summer.
Harry Darling
Has once again been a hugely important presence at the back for most of the season. Has also proved useful at the other end, bagging three goals and three assists so far.
Transfer status: Remains the key talking point heading into the summer given he's out of contract at the end of the season. There's a deal on the table for him, but he's yet to sign. Birmingham City are just one club understood to be monitoring his situation.Josh Tymon
Has had a few shaky moments this season, but has otherwise been one of the most consistent performers in this team.
Transfer status: Might benefit from a little competition for his place, but is likely to be considered an important part of this team.
Nathan Tjoe-A-On
Aside from a two-minute cameo off the bench against Preston North End earlier in the season, he's not made a single Championship appearance this term. Doesn't appear to be much of a clamour for that to change either.
Transfer status: A transfer that continues to look really odd. Contract expires next year, so a move away might be the best course of action for all parties.
Cyrus Christie
Was probably unfair to expect him to hit the same heights as his last spell. Has filled in fairly well when called upon, but hasn't had too much game-time since his free transfer back in November.
Transfer status: Short-term deal comes to an end this summer. Seems unlikely he'll be offered another.
Kyle Naughton
Williams was very keen to keep the veteran defender on board, and he has had some fairly strong performances in a Swans shirt at the ripe old age of 36.
Transfer status: Out of contract this summer, and while he may still have something to offer this squad, it wouldn't be a surprise if the curtain was finally brought down on his 10-year stay with the Swans.
Hannes Delcroix
Has slotted into Swansea's defence reasonably well since his January arrival, having made nine appearances.
Transfer status: Still has a year to run on his contract at Burnley, but if there's an opportunity to make his move here permanent it could well be worth exploring.
Sam Parker
After a promising breakthrough, the teenager has sadly seen his progress stunted by injury this season, and has made just five appearances this term.
Transfer status: There's a feeling that there's a lot more to come from the winger. Keeping him feels a no-brainer.
Filip Lissah
The versatile defender has been tipped for a bright future having shone at under-21 level, but hasn't quite managed to make his mark on the first team. Has made just one FA Cup appearance this season.
Transfer status: Having signed a long-term deal this time last year, it's clear there are high hopes for the 20-year-old. Perhaps a loan spell away might be the best option.
Jay Fulton
The midfielder has been a superb servant to the club, and has been an important member of the first-team squad this season, having made 26 appearances this season.
Transfer status: At 31, some feel he's perhaps passed his peak, but there might still be a case for keeping him around. With one year left on his deal, however, a decision over his future may well have to be made soon.
Joe Allen
Has once again seen his season punctuated by injury, which in turn has restricted him to just 19 appearances. However, recent performances off the bench have offered a timely reminder of his quality, which is still capable of tipping a game in his side's favour.
Transfer status: Out of contract this summer, and there haven't yet been any talks over a renewal. No decision has been made, but this could well be the end of the line for the midfielder.
Lewis O'Brien
Signed in the wake of Grimes' exit in January, the Nottingham Forest loanee has proved a shrewd acquisition, injecting some much- needed energy and athleticism into Swansea's midfield.
Transfer status: If a permanent deal can be done, it's a total no-brainer. However, there are already concerns that the potential finances involved could prove prohibitive.
Goncalo Franco
Has been a huge hit since his arrival in the summer, and has relished the rough and tumble of Championship football. When fully fit, he's arguably one of the first names on the teamsheet.
Transfer status: A few clubs are understood to be keeping tabs on the Portuguese midfielder, but with three years left on his current deal, Swansea are under no pressure to sell. Would take an offer that's too good to refuse to see him move on.
Myles Peart-Harris
Inconsistent at times, but when on song he was undeniably one of Swansea's most effective attacking outlets. Injury means his season, sadly, is now over.
Transfer status: Set to return to Brentford, but his long-term future feels a little up in the air. Has one year left on his contract with the Bees, and a first-team breakthrough still feels unlikely. Could well be available in the summer, but Swansea may feel it's best to look elsewhere.
Ollie Cooper
Another whose season has been curtailed by injury. The midfielder has started just 10 games this season, but will be eager to finish strongly ahead of the summer.
Transfer status: Seems likely he'll be a part of the first-team plans next season, regardless of who's manager.
Ben Lloyd
Another highly-rated academy product who has been knocking on the door of first-team inclusion. The 20-year-old came off the bench for senior debut in the Boxing Day win over Queens Park Rangers, but hasn't yet managed to add to that experience.
Transfer status: Sources in the academy have tipped the midfielder for big things, but a loan away next season might well be best for his development.
Aimar Govea
Has spent much of the season back in the under-21s set-up after a promising breakthrough under Williams.
Transfer status: Is understood to be enjoying life in south Wales, but several other clubs are tracking his progress. Serie A giants Juventus were tipped with an interest last summer. Seen as one for the future having already had a taste of senior football.
Joel Cotterill
Has enjoyed a really fruitful loan spell at Swindon Town this season, where he's made 43 appearances in all competitions, netting five goals and racking up two assists.
Transfer status: His progress with the Robins is understood to have delighted club insiders. Whether he can make the step to the first team remains to be seen. Wouldn't be a surprise to see him sent out on loan again.
Cameron Congreve
Has struggled to get a foothold in the first team since making his debut under Russell Martin. However, his loan spell at Bromley has been a huge success, and has potentially pushed him closer to the mix of the senior squad again.
Transfer status: Almost exactly the same as above.

Zan Vipotnik
Arrived amid plenty of fanfare on a free transfer from Bordeaux in the summer, but hasn't quite managed to catch fire in the Championship, despite netting six goals.
Transfer status: Those that have seen him on the training ground are adamant that the Slovenian's finishing is of the quality needed to make him a success in the Championship. Seems certain to still be involved next season.
Jisung Eom
Hasn't found the process of adapting to the Championship the easiest of tasks, but has shown promise since his arrival in the summer. Will be keen on adding more goals to his game having mustered up just two strikes this term.
Transfer status: As with Vipotnik, the general feeling is the Korean will get to the level required. Looks set to be a part of the plan next season.
Josh Ginnelly
His Swansea career has been completely wrecked by an Achilles injury so far. Has since returned to the fold, but has racked up just 41 minutes of action across four first-team outings this term.
Transfer status: Feels like something of an unknown quantity given his injury woes. The summer could be the fresh start needed to finally launch his Swans career. However, with one year left on his deal, it equally wouldn't be surprising if a move away was seen as the best course of action.
Florian Bianchini
Has enjoyed an inconsistent start to life in the Championship. Looked a little better since moving into the nine role, but his goal tally has still been disappointing.
Transfer status: Hasn't started a game since Alan Sheehan took interim charge. Summer could be decisive, and it wouldn't be a massive surprise if the club listened to offers.
Liam Cullen
One of the first names on the teamsheet at the moment. The move to the 10 has really brought out the best in the Wales international, whose tenacity has also hugely impressed Craig Bellamy.
Transfer status: Unlikely to be much appetite for letting him go.
Ronald
A figure of frustration at times, but has been an ever-present part of Swansea's plans this season.
Transfer status: Seems unlikely he'll be going anywhere this summer, unless the landscape shifts quite dramatically.
Josh Thomas
Came off the bench late on during the opening day defeat to Middlesbrough, and has since been shipped out on loan. After failing to really make his mark at Bromley, he's now at Drogheda United.
Transfer status: An imminent first-team breakthrough feels unlikely at the moment. Another loan spell away might well be on the cards.
Jerry Yates
Despite finishing as the club's joint-top scorer last season, the striker was shipped out on loan to Championship rivals Derby County, where he's so far banged in eight goals.
Transfer status: Has one year left to run on his Swans deal. Sheehan has already said there are likely to be conversations around his future over the summer. Derby might well be keen on taking him back permanently, but a return to the Swans line-up isn't beyond the realms of possibility.
Mykola Kuharevich
Has spent the season out on loan at Hibernian, where he's found the net five times in 23 outings in all competitions.
Transfer status: Has a year left to run at the Swans, but there's a feeling that it just hasn't quite worked out for the Ukrainian in south Wales. An exit wouldn't be at all surprising.
