Hello and welcome to football.london for live coverage of Arsenal's Premier League match with Brentford this afternoon.
The Gunners are hoping to keep the momentum flowing from their famous European night in midweek, having put three goals past Real Madrid. Despite it being a very different test this weekend, it takes nothing from the challenge that is in front of Mikel Arteta’s side.
There is sure to be some rotation as rest and recovery are prioritised before the trip to the Spanish capital. Players like Jakub Kiwior and William Saliba, however, are likely to be involved due to a lack of depth in the position.
There are options, though in the forward like with Raheem Sterling and Leandro Trossard combining at Everton to score. The good news in the squad was that both Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka have both been deemed fit enough to play a part.

Key Events
Full-time
That is that. Arsenal move six points clear of Nottingham Forest but the gap to Liverpool could widen to thirteen points.
Wide - Saka
That should be that! Chance from Saka on the right curls wide of the left post.
Shoot!
Odegaard on the edge of the box urged to shoot but he passes and the move breaks down.
Arsenal will finish with ten men
Having made all their subs, they will finish the game with ten. Jorginho fell awkwardly after Mbeumo went underneath him from an aerial duel.
Jorginho down
Nothing really much going on, a lack of desire and urgency here to get that winning goal.
Yellow - Yarmolyuk
Merino wrong foots the winger and he gets hacked down as his reward. The Spaniard coming on to replace Rice.
What?!
Why has Saka not just shot? He nicks the ball off Flekken and has the chance to shoot but takes a touch and the chance is gone.
Goal! Arsenal 1-1 Brentford (Wissa)
That all came from the corner which that previous attack did not deal with. The ball not dealt with in the box and Wissa fires over his left shoulder past Rice.
Brentford counter
Another moment from Kiwior similar to that against Fulham where he failed to get tighter to the winger. This time though the cross was stopped by Lewis-Skelly.
Arsenal changes
Three changes: Saka, Odegaard and Lewis-Skelly all on.
Tierney, Zinchenko and Nwaneri off.
GOAL! Arsenal 1-0 Brentford (Partey)
Wow! Up the other end courtesy of a David Raya throw. Rice is in and plays in Partey to strike past Flekken.
Good tackle
Brentford counter down the right and Mbeumo gets into the box as Kieran Tierney finds the right timing to see the ball out for a corner.
Arsenal free-kick
Really well won free-kick from Martinelli down the left as he gets in front of Ajer and wins a crossing opportunity. A short one, which the side have favoured so far.
Unlucky
Good work from Saliba initially to drive forwards and find Martinelli. Nwaneri picks it up and tries to find the space but is blocked.
Brentford corner
Now the visitors have a chance after Partey clears a very good Lewis-Potter cross.
Arsenal corner
The unfamiliarity of the side showing there. Zinny runs into Nwaneri but thankfully the move leads to a corner.

Another Arsenal shot, this one from range as Trossard fires low to the right and the Dutch keeper pushes the ball wide.
Over - Trossard
Another Arsenal corner this time flicked over the bar by Leandro Trossard's head.
Close one!
Great run, shimmy and strike from Rice which forces Flekken into another save. Arsenal have been peppering the Brentford box in a much improved end to this first half.
HUGE BLOCK!
Martinelli should score after a brilliant pass from Saliba was brought down by the Brazilian gorgeously. Ajer however slides in t block the goal-bound shot.
Close one!
First Nwaneri with a cross into the box from close range which the block falls to Zinchenko. Good feet from the Ukrainian finds him space and he forces Flekken into a save.
Yellow - Norgaard
Martinelli running clear and Norgaard slides in on Martinelli. Nasty one, and he is booked.
