Real Madrid stars Jude Bellingham and Vinicius Junior are already looking ahead to Wednesday's clash with Arsenal - fresh from a league match which saw Kylian Mbappe receive a straight red card.
The Gunners and their Spanish counterparts are currently locked in an intense Champions League quarter-final battle which began last week. Two Declan Rice free-kicks plus a Mikel Merino strike ensured Mikel Arteta's men would have a three-goal advantage going into the second leg.
Between the two meetings, league duties have been allowed to resume for both sides, to mixed fortunes. For one, Arsenal dropped points in their draw to Brentford. Liverpool have now capitalised by beating West Ham and therefore now need only six points to win the Premier League title race.
Meanwhile over in Spain, Real were 1-0 victors against opponents Alaves. It is a result that keeps their La Liga title hopes alive for now but full focus was really on Wednesday's European second leg against Arsenal.
After the match England and Real midfielder Bellingham posted an Instagram story, which read: "Believe! See you Wednesday Madridistas!"

Similar, teammate Vinicius Jr wrote on the same social media platform: "Already thinking about Wednesday!!! We're ready and looking forward to it. We'll see you at the Bernabeu and we'll try everything. WE ARE REAL MADRID!!! HALAMADRID!"
Despite their confidence, the 15-time European champions are going to have to match an achievement only done four times previously in Champions League history - overturn a three-goal deficit.
Additionally, they have never been involved in past instances with Deportivo La Coruna, Barcelona, AS Roma and Liverpool the only teams to have managed it.
Eduardo Camavinga, who scored Real's winner vs Alaves, is set to miss the Arsenal clash through suspension as he was sent off at the Emirates Stadium last Tuesday.
And Mbappe should be involved in Europe despite being sent off in La Liga this past weekend - a flashpoint that has gained much attention due to the dangerous nature of his challenge on Antonio Blanco.
The striker was shown a direct red card in Spain for the challenge, which Real coach Davide Ancelotti has said the Frenchman 'is aware of what he has done' and has asked for forgiveness.
