Travis Scott set for Barcelona-Real Madrid El Clásico in May
The 33-year-old Texan native is set to become the latest high profile star to adorn the Barça jersey as part of the club’s Spotify sponsorship deal.

In March 2022, FC Barcelona and music streaming service Spotify officially announced their expansive partnership deal which saw Spotify becoming the main partner of the club with the logo appearing on the front of both the men’s and women’s team shirts for four seasons.
The deal also saw the renaming of the Camp Nou stadium to “Spotify Camp Nou” with the venture reportedly worth over $300 million to the Catalan club.

As part of the initiative, Barça and Spotify can ‘sublet’ the front of jersey sponsorship to a high profile artist when they face Real Madrid in El Clásico which is still the biggest domestic clash on the planet in terms of global audience.
Over the past few seasons, we’ve seen the likes of Drake, Rosalía, Karol G, The Rolling Stones and Coldplay all adorn their logos on the blaugrana shirt for El Clásico, replacing the usual Spotify branding since 2022. These shirts have sold at incredibly high prices and been hugely popular with fans across the world selling out and becoming instant collectors items.

For the next instalment of the El Clásico (May 11), Texan rapper Travis Scott is highly tipped to appear on the FC Barcelona jersey.
At this time it is unclear which logo will be used, the rapper’s name or his Cactus Jack brand being the two key options.
Despite having no music to promote, Scott is set to visit South Africa and Asia next Fall as part of the Circus Maximum global tour.
