Chelsea are leading the race to sign in-demand Ipswich Town striker Liam Delap, while Al Nassr are looking to sign Moises Caicedo in the summer. Elsewhere, AC Milan want to complete a permanent deal for on-loan AS Roma striker Tammy Abraham, and Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt hope to keep Leeds United defender Rasmus Kristensen for the long-term.

Chelsea in pole position for Delap
The Mirror believes that Liam Delap is most likely to sign for Chelsea in the summer.
Manchester United, Everton and West Ham are all keen on the player, but Delap’s relationship with Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca could help them land the player.
The paper writes: "Chelsea are emerging as red-hot favourites to sign Liam Delap this summer. Manchester United, Everton, West Ham and Chelsea are all in the mix for the highly-rated 22-year-old striker.
"But Chelsea’s trump card could yet be manager Enzo Maresca who worked at Manchester City's academy and knows the former Etihad academy graduate. That link has been important for ex-City trainee Cole Palmer and Maresca has a reputation for championing young players.
"Delap is particularly appealing because he has represented England at under-21 level, has scored 12 goals for Ipswich this season since they were promoted to the top flight and proved he can be a Premier League striker.
"But the biggest flag of all is his £30 million release clause as that is believed to be the price in his contract - and it would be a potential bargain for a young English striker. The deal could be complicated by any City sell-on, but it is unlikely to stop any deal from happening this summer as he is much in demand as Ipswich look set to go down."
Abraham to make Milan switch permanent
AS Roma striker Tammy Abraham has spent the season on loan at AC Milan, and he may extend his stay.
The Sun reports that the 27-year-old looks poised to complete a transfer for £20m.
The paper states: "Tammy Abraham is set to complete a permanent move to Milan from Roma in the summer.
"The English striker has been on loan at the San Siro this season and has struck 10 times, although only three of those goals have come in Serie A.
"Abraham impressed most in the Coppa Italia as his four goals across three rounds have helped Milan to the semi-finals.
"His most recent goal in the competition came in the first leg against archrivals Inter.
"Even though Milan are likely to sack current boss Sergio Conceicao in the summer, Abraham, 27, looks set to complete a move for about £20 million."
Al Nassr target Caicedo
Chelsea midfielder Moises Caicedo is a big-money target for Saudi Pro League side Al Nassr.
Caicedo could move in the summer to link up with Al Nassr’s Cristiano Ronaldo and Jhon Duran.
The Telegraph reports: "Moises Caicedo, the Chelsea midfielder, is the subject of transfer interest from Saudi Pro League side Al Nassr.
"Caicedo, in his second season at Stamford Bridge after arriving from Brighton & Hove Albion for more than £100m, making him one of the Premier League’s most expensive players, is on the shortlist of Al Nassr as they draw up potential signings when the transfer window opens.
"Al Nassr, who signed Cristiano Ronaldo from Manchester United in 2023, looked to the Premier League for high-profile signings in Aymeric Laporte and most recently Jhon Duran, who moved from Aston Villa for £71m in January.
"Adding to central midfield is an area Al Nassr have looked at, with Caicedo considered a dream target. Caicedo joined Chelsea in 2023 and has six years left to run on his eight-year contract. It is expected he would cost upwards of £100m."
Kristensen set for Eintracht Frankfurt deal
Another on-loan player set to make a permanent move is Leeds United’s defender Rasmus Kristensen.
The Athletic claims that a fee of up to £7.7m will be enough for the 27-year-old to stay with Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga.
The website explains: "Eintracht Frankfurt have agreed a deal to complete the permanent signing of Leeds United defender Rasmus Kristensen.
"The transfer will be completed when the summer transfer window opens on June 1. Leeds sources, who, like all of those spoken to for this article, were speaking under the condition of anonymity to protect relationships, said the transfer could be worth up to €9 million (£7.7m; $9.026m) to Leeds. Frankfurt sources told The Athletic the fee will be €6m (£5.1m; $6.8m) guaranteed, with potential add-ons.
"The Denmark international has been on loan with the Bundesliga outfit since last July and has proven a big success at Waldstadion.
"Only two players, including former Leeds defender Robin Koch, have played more minutes than Kristensen in a campaign which has taken Frankfurt to third in the German top flight and the quarter-final stage of the Europa League.
"Kristensen, 28 in July, still has two years left to run on the five-year deal he signed when Leeds paid around £10m ($13.2m) for him in 2022."
