Birmingham City have released their season ticket prices in the wake of clinching the League One title, as they prepare to return to the Championship with a vengeance. Blues are one game away - Mansfield Town this weekend - from going the entirety of the campaign unbeaten at home, having been crowned champions with six matches to spare.

Blues, under Chris Davies, are aiming to break further EFL records in their remaining four games, beginning tonight at Stevenage; sitting on 99 points, they can hit three figures with a result tonight and continue to close down Wolves' tally of 103 in 2014 and Reading's Championship total of 106 in 2006 - the highest in recent history.

Everything else, though, points to next season and Bluenoses who are existing season ticket holders are now being encouraged to renew their seats for the next term and avoid disappointment with demand expected to be exponentially high. They've even introduced a new waiting list, which'll work on a ballot basis once the renewal date has passed.

That date, for existing season ticket holders to buy their seats again for, is the 6th of June. The club will then turn to the waiting list and inform those successful in the ballot by the 16th of June about whether they'd like to purchase one of the remaining seats available.

Blues will continue to offer 20% off season tickets to the armed services, holders of Blue Light cards, healthcare workers and those who have a B9 postcode. On top of this, the club have also confirmed that they'll be keeping four promises to ensure that season tickets remain as affordable as possible to supporters.

The cheapest season ticket in St Andrew's will cost £320 for an adult, equating to under £14 a match. Blues have worked out that this would have them as the fifth cheapest season ticket based on the pricing of Championship sides for the current campaign. The average price of renewing your season ticket in the ground is £450.

There is also an emphasis on the next generation of Bluenoses, ensuring the club are doing their bit to attract young supporters and encourage them to visit St Andrew's time and time again. The cost for a parent/guardian and child renewal season ticket in Arthur’s Areas is £16 a game (£365) and every additional child will cost less than £1.10 per game (£30).

A Seat For Everyone means seats around the ground will be priced up accordingly. Those in the Spion Kop and in the Tilton Upper are more costly than in other areas of the ground. In the Kop lower, prices have increased to £500 and in the upper they're now £535. Should supporters decide they can't pay that, they can relocate where seats are £100 cheaper.

The fourth promise is to ensure matchdays are great value for money. The club have spent millions - and have pledged to continue investing - in the supporter experience on a game day having upgraded St Andrew's inside and out since Knighthead's arrival. There will be further changes and improvements experienced from next season, too.
