Mohamed Salah has revealed his intention to play until the age of 40 and admitted he remains in talks with Saudi Pro League clubs.
The Liverpool forward signed a new contract at Anfield last month amid speculation that he would leave the club.
Salah, 32, has committed his immediate future to Liverpool but suggested there could be several more years to come in his career.
"If you ask me for my opinion, I think I can play until the age of 39 or 40, but if I felt before that I wanted to stop, I would quit. I have achieved a lot of things," he told Egyptian television channel ON Sports before supporters were injured after a car drove into pedestrians during Liverpool's title parade on Sunday.
"My contract was up at Liverpool and I would have gone to Saudi but we finalised the deal with Liverpool."
On continued interest from Saudi Arabia, Salah added: "I still have a good relationship with them and I always stay in contact with them. Yes, we were talking to each other.
"I don't know what is going to happen, but I am happy here in Liverpool and I am staying here for the next two years. Then I will see what I will do next."

Salah scored 29 goals and provided 18 assists as Liverpool won the league title this season, equalling the record for most combined goals and assists in a Premier League season with 47.
The Egyptian has become an even more popular figure at Anfield after his most productive season for the club, and he acknowledged the importance of the fans in his decision to sign a new contract.
"Of course, they are part of the pressure on the administration," he said. "It was from the public, because I have been at the club for seven or eight years and I have been performing well with them and I have given them everything for all these years.
"From the beginning, day one, I knew that they wanted me to stay, so in a certain way they had a big role."
